Accolade pride Campaign 2022

For Pride Month 2022, I was given creative freedom to design a social media campaign. I wanted to create something empowering, as the LGBTQIA+ community was facing discriminatory legislation and a wave of hate crimes. The campaign extended inward, and I collaborated with our People & Culture team to launch collateral (i.e. Zoom backgrounds, wallpapers, Slack animated emojis, etc) and a blog post focused on inclusion, which shared my own personal story.
